Failures in accessing/using the nBanks platform | How to clear your browser's cache?
If you are having difficulty accessing or using the platform correctly, we recommend clearing your browser's cache. Learn how to do it.

What is cache and why should you clear it?
Cache is a set of temporary data stored in your browser to speed up the loading of frequently visited web pages. However, sometimes this cache can contain outdated information, preventing new versions of the page from loading correctly.
How to clear the cache?
Step 1
Go to Browser Settings (usually represented by the ⋮ icon, in the upper right corner of the page).
Step 2
Look for the “Privacy and Security” section (usually appears in Settings).
Step 3
Within that section, select the “Clear browsing data” option (or similar).
Step 4
In the clear data window, keep the default options selected (including the cache).
Step 5
Confirm the data clearing.
Step 6
Completely close the browser.
Step 7
After a few seconds, open the browser again.
